because her baby died and the couple (Daniel & Corazon) were longing to have a baby. i want to know why she became a monster in the movie but i think the reason why she turned into a monster because she looked for another alternative way to conceive again but she maybe misled to the dark side instead. (just my guess)

really - from the preview - it seems like the Thai movie 'MAE NAK' where she couldn't give birth and end up dying .. or so i think the movie cover is trying to convey that. Anyway, i'm too scare for horror film - i might not watch this ..

lmao~! at first i thought the Corazon story was somewhat the real myth "Maria Labo" inspire. But i had to read the real story of Maria Labo, and there's just the big difference.
