Hello Sarasoa, sorry for late reply. Yes, MK are dating (everyone is sure by their IG pics). Mark even took Kim to meet his parents in Lampang. It's evident. Mark is also buying a house there and Kim will also decide about the decorations (as said by Mark himself).
