On IG, I believe you can choose to verify yourself. It’s under edit profile, business tools. Perhaps Pope doesn’t want to verify himself. Pope doesn’t even promote himself with manager info so I’m not surprised he doesn’t verify his account. His IG seems to be strictly for personal use.
