I have to admit, when I saw the teaser, it didnt interest me much but after watching the perd wic segment, I'm kind of excited now because I know whats it about now, teh different characters portrayed.

The teasers also left me feeling underwhelmed but the Perd Gong Vic 3 segment has rekindled my interest again. All the girls look so exquisite and the different pairings appear like they'll be generating some great chemistry. Seeing how articulate Num Attaporn is with his directing makes the anticipation even stronger. May this one be a success just like Ka Badin so he can work more with Broadcast again in the future.

I agree! At first I thought it was okay, but now I wish there was thai instruments as well. I still like the OST's but the instruments would have set a good tone.

just watched ep 1 and it was pretty good. I wish they would've done that there were some time between her leaving her husband and her moving to chiang mai, that way it'll make more sense that she's able to fall in love and move on with pr'ek so quickly but eh, who's to say when true love will come into our hearts?

I wish they kept the song from the original version, it was really romantic and touching.

Was the summary posted anywhere? What page is it on? I watched the original version before but back then when I didn't understand thai so I didn't know what was going

Can anyone describe the meaning of the flower, and the word that the flower's name sounds similar to? I believe Prae says the Khmer translation of the flower means "true love," but didn't catch the other meanings.
Also, can someone clarify Lao Peung's status? His mom let some other king adopt him??

This fall has brought us so much beautiful traditional clothing in lakorn :love: Mai's super cute in all those traditional outfits. Prang too. I'm ecstatic that Mai and Mario are paired up, but I wasn't that excited for the storyline. Hearing about it, it sounded too much like Tawee Pope, but it's got me curious after the first episode.

Okay, serious question...Do y'all prefer Lao Peung's "Maeying Praenuan," or Khun Lhuang's "Mae Manee ja..." ? ;)

Haven't had a chance to watch it yet but saw the OSTs and I'm not impressed. The old ones were so much better, true classics.

I definitely prefer Saranyu's (only his version, not that cheap Walmart knock-off remake) Mae Manee more. But thats just cause I find the shy prudish p'ek endearing next to goofy Manee Jun.

But um it's Mario so he can sell me anything.

Oh so there is a third OST, and it seems like in this one we get more Mai and Punjan scenes. It kind of makes me want to ship them lol
