well that what i felt from pim she is very superficial she doesn't look beyond things or people too much she mostly interact based on what she need and what she feel not how things are really are that's why she treat the worker people like that cause she never thought how they could feel she never did a deep think of her actions she just act and talk constantly like the case of WIFI password she never thought to look around before she call the reception that's why it's gonna be a hard lesson for her to learn how to think before acting to think about the consequence of her act and that the fun part
