I have always enjoyed period lakorn more then the modern lakorn. I find modern lakorn tend to become slightly repetitive and predictable with their storyline. Whereas period lakorn, their storyline tend to be in depth and you do learn a lot about the history and thai culture. Hopefully ch3 will lift the restriction with lakorn subbing by then . Otherwise I will have to watch it dubbed in my language

Guys, good news and bad news. It seems NDFD will be shown on April 25 as there will be a special show for BPS after the lakorn airs. but then the MV *might* be shown tonight, watch out for it!

@040156 thanks for the update. I heard that the MV for NDFD might possibly be shown tonight at 8pm Thailand time .. let’s wait and see if they do show it .

Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting more. But it's a good teaser mv nonetheless, in terms of production value. Not a lot of mushy scenes from James and Taew yet, but I hope to see more in the coming weeks

@040156 I think the mushy scenes between JT might be in the mv version of the one that JJ sing?? I think we mentioned before there is 3 songs for the lakorn ? I love the ost to the mini MV .. hopefully they will release the full version soon.

I saw an interview of Ann they said this lakorn is going to air after pope and Bella lakorn: they were planning to air Likit ruk but the eiditing is not done and they also mentioned that with the popularity of Bhopae Sansiwat the y were concerned about Likit ruk not doing well

In terms of business, I guess I can see why they’re concerned. They sold Likit Ruk to China expecting it to be a HIT bc of NY I suppose. If it doesn’t reach the hype they’re expecting, China may not want to do business with them. If they air right after BPS, fans might still be hung up in the hype for BPS instead of focusing on their Lakorn. No one saw BPS coming as a HIT & now that it is that’s probably why they want to hold on Likit Ruk to air later so the BPS hype can die down. I personally don’t think it matters because Kom Faek is airing right now & seems to be doing good too. NDFD airing right after is going to be hyped up too so I think it doesn’t matter but business is business.

Ok change of topic, I just saw eng subs of the first teaser! I heard the OST much longer. The teaser was pretty bloody but everyone was looking good. I usually don’t mind fighting but if it gets extensive I can get bored. However, it’s only one more month away!!

James Ji is too much of a baby faced pretty boy. Lol I can't take him too seriously in serious lakorns.
Maybe this will change me mind. Personally, he should stick with rom coms.

I saw some bts of him in an action scenes and he looked pretty good. I am excited abput this lakorn even if there will be war scenes. This lakorn will take place approx 70 years after BPS and about 10-20 years before the fall of Ayuttaya or BangRajun. The reason why I was hoping there won't be war scenes was because if this lakorn takes off like BPS, I didn't want there to be some awaken bad blood with people of Mayanmar and Thailand.

Lol. Suits them right. I’m glad a big hit right now is not NY’s lakorn! Really it’s not always about NY or MK anymore! I have high hope JJ and Taew’s 2 lakorns will also be big hits!
