What I think might've happened was...Anne probably couldn't get the copyrights to the lakorn and so she's either casting Kimja in a fresh new lakorn that has a similar storyline and genre to SNP. OR, she's just changing the title and a few things from the original but it's still basically based off of SNP and considered the remake of it. Because if you think about it, it makes sense. Anne said in her interview that she wasn't sure if her new project would be a remake and that's probably because she was negotiating for the copyrights for it. And that's probably why it's been taking so long for them to confirm everything too. In the end, maybe Anne couldn't get the copyrights to SNP and that's why the title and/or lakorn was changed.
