So I finished this lakorn, wanting to see what all the hype was about. And damn it, I've boarded this ship!
The plot was an interesting one, a bit slow and repetitive but then again this is Ch7 so I should appreciate the fact that it was 15 episodes. At first I sympathized with Kanlaya and agreed that in no damn way was I going to let my man be taken by another woman even if I became a ghost but then when you reallllly think about it there's really no use of being possessive when you're dead LOL. I didn't like how they tied things up in the last episode with the whole cook lady being the crazy person all of a sudden, they could have at least hinted about her in prior episodes rather than just springing her out of nowhere. And then all of a sudden Sawat and Hom were together with no build up with Hom getting back to her body and waking up to see Sawat or something more heartfelt. Everything felt kind of rushed in the last episode.
Bow is really good for a newbie. The way she plays sweet Hom and strong Kanlaya was really distinct, I really believed she was two separate people. Usually I hate watching actresses my own age or younger but Bow grew on me incredibly fast. Hom is such an adorable character, she was innocent but not annoyingly innocent like other n'ek characters. As for Michael, I was attracted to him as soon as he stepped out of that Mercedes. He's a decent actor, needs some brushing up but he plays the strict dentist well. I am definitely going to check up on his next lakorns. I really wished the pra'nang had more scenes together or at least some more in the last few episodes. The whole ghost thing really put everything in the shadows and Kane was such a third wheel in practically every scene.
