i don't think you should ask for the reason.
as long as we know that they are divorced.. then that should be enough..
if he said that he didn't have her heart.. that should tell you what the reason was..

then that means you want to know the real truth and the real reason behind the divorce.

but he didn't tell us what the reason was for his divorce.
if he wanted to tell us.. he would have said it.
it's just weird to ask someone the reason behind their divorce if you don't know them personally
