ahh im startin my first year in college on sept 5th and i am so nervous, im also excited but i dont know if ill b able to handle the workload, i barely did any homework in highschool

it's just like walking thru a long tunnel...don't hold ur breath while going thru it and just enjoy it, u'll see the light at the end in no time. it goes by fast...

first day of college for me was the same as going to high school...its just that in college you take mostly notes and have to read alot...i mean alot..you gotta really study when it comes to taking test..

what's the diff between college and uni? i've never understood that.

I'm not exactly sure, but what I heard was...a college is either a 2-4 year school where you can earn an associates or a bachelors and a university has both graduate and undergraduate programs. :huh:

Wow!!! I never thought about that !! I guess college for quarter means business.....lol, I should have known, I go to ASU ( Arizona State University) playboy magazine named us number 1 party school a couple of times now......!

iamnowhere, you go to ASU? So do I. I'm a sophomore and I can totally understand what it was like to enter college for the first time. I was nervous, but you just have to take a deep breath, relax, and take things as they come. One advice is to go to class and do the work. It'll pay off in the end. You don't want to get off to a bad start. I had major 'senioritis' in my second semester and it cost me my scholarship; so don't slack off if you can help it! I wish you all the best. B)
