Okay, I need to create a website for selling things for a market class, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Do you guys know how to create websites and then launch it onto the net?

Hi,
Well, it is not an easy task for you...
You will need some competence in Web Development and e-commerce.

i know a little bit how to... but it takes time to deploy that kind of website
such as, we need to test it, + different issues such as security, Data protection Act that you gonna hold information on ur customers, Accessibility, Usability testing etc...

The easiest thing for you to do is to download a created template with everything ready to go.

But if you do that.. then you won't learn anything.
