Does anyone have a program for creating a photo slide show? One that you can put video clips etc. also? Please share.

Nero is always a good program for that

I have Nero 7, but haven't figured out how to add the pictures, videos, text...etc. Maybe I should stop being lazy and go read the tutorial. Thanks.
