If I were myspace I would counter sue the parents and be like "should we sue you the parents for your bad parenting?"

So true. How the hell are you going to sue the company when it's clear that it's your stupid, dumb ass child's fault? Clearly they are just trying to get some money, 30 million dollar, how ridiculous is that?
