i went to eat at china buffet and my fortune cookie told me that in the next 10years i'm going to become a famous asian pornstar...ALL RITE!!!!

and yes. call me stupid but i do believe in LUCKY BAMBOO.
last year. i was rich .. so my bamboo grow so well.

this year. i'm like broke as hell. both of my bambool vase die. turn yellow, dead. now i'm bamboo less and penniless :loool:

i kindda want to have some read my future too but a bit afraid. what if someone scare you that you dont' live long. how would you handle this. scary !

As much as i love to believe in this whole fortune telling thing...I don't believe in it...

Your future is base on the choices that you make and how dedicated you are to the choices that you make. I don't believe in predestined future blah blah blah...

It's not that I don't respect it, it's just hard for me since my mind thinks in more scientific terms.

I don't believe in these stuff, but I have to admit my mom had her fortune told like twenty years ago while we were still in Thailand and according to the fortune lady my mom was to have one last kid. If that child was a girl than my mom would die and the child will survive, but if it's a boy than the child will die and my mom will lived. Well anyhow about 12 years ago my mom had a miscarriage five months into her pregnancy, it was a baby boy.

That's true, they will try to milk all they can. When my daddy's aunt was still in Laos, she would tell my parents their fortune and tell them to send her money so she can make it better. But because we're Christians, my parents don't bother with it. It's also sad that she will charge her grand-daughter to read her fortune too. I know these people who always let a poj nplog come to read their family fortune. One time she told them that one of their daughter was going to have a really bad car reck. So they made that daughter stay home for a month.

i believe it. it's not like i'd let the fortune teller rule my life but i'd keep it (what the fortune teller tells me) in mind but still live my life the way i want it to be. i mean some people can't do that...they get all scared and stuff or bent on changing it....but for me it's not that way. this is what my mom taught me.
