Green Bay Tournament? Puzzled About Dates???

Can someone clarify this? I was wondering why Green Bay is holding two tournaments in one month or did they change the dates? One is held for May 12th and 13th and the other for May 26th and 2th.

I only heard and saw flyers for the May 26-27th Memorial weekend tournament.....
