Having Trouble downloading from SENDSPACE

They won't let me dl this is what it says:

You cannot download more than one file at a time.


But then I'm not even downloading anything else, I'm confused is something wrong?

Is there someone else in the house sharing your connection?

Because that person might be downloading.

If you are sharing your internet connection.. you have to remember that you're actually sharing ONE connection. Even if its split up between you guys, it actually goes out on the internet as one.
