awww man, this is gay. My toshiba laptop won't boot Windows Vista. What am I suppose to do now?
I get this black screen with a white cursor. The cursor works, it moves around.
I try going into safe mode, I get nothing either. Same thing, Black screen with white cursor.

Any one got a clue what I should do? I'm not worry about recovering anything, I have an external harddrive for that.

Thanks Anan for the link, it didn't help me much.

I finally got it to work. HAHAHAH. Really simple too. I just did a SYSTEM Restore to an earlier date.
it's working now!!!

The same thing happened to me once before on my dell laptop. I also have Vista on it and I was freaking out because I needed to access my saved documents for an early class the next day. Got one of my floormates to fix it for me :) and yeah all he did was system restore too. I was like duhhh why didn't i think of that instead of freaking out? LOL.
