what do you mean? if just save it to a computer then ...just click on the link... save...or right-click and save target as...

but if u wanna rip the vcd onto your computer u need a program to do that.

Do this first before you get a program.

it may work or may not work with the new VCDs or not.

First click on My Computer

Find your CDrom Drive

Right click on it and chose "Browse Drive"

double Click on "Mpegav" folder

Look inside it.. you will see files called AVSEQ01.dat AVSEQ02.dat AVSEQ03.dat etc. etc..

These are the music videos that you see

Just copy those files to your Harddrive Or copy the file you want (IE AVSEQ04.dat is song #4).

Rename the AVSEQ01.dat to whatever.mpg

double click on it and see if it plays the file flawlessly without any errors

Have you been able to solve this yet?

If Darvie's method doesn't work, use a program called "VCD gear".

That program kicks ass.

I would give you a link to DL, but I'm at work and I haven't uploaded that program to my host yet. BUT, if you happen to find it online before I could provide it for you, here's a tutorial I wrote up for it.

-Open up VCD gear exe program.
-Make sure to check the box, "Fix error" or something like that.
-Select DAT to MPEG.
-Select the file you want to convert from the VCD.
-If the converting suddenly stops at 98%, just hit stop. The file will still have been done converting anyways.
-After you convert it to MPEG...select MPEG to MPEG and convert that MPEG file u just converted to fix any error.
