you can unzip it using a software like "winrar" or you can burn it on a CD using nero or a similar software with the option "burn image" or something along that line.

you have the choice:
mount image with daemon tools
burn it with nero or another software like dvd decrypter, roxio...

not burn iso files but dump a iso /rar file

by "dump" i'm assuming u mean open... otherwise dump i'm thinking trash.

You mean you need to CREATE an ISO from a cd? or a dvd?

Thats an entirely different process.

We are thinking you have downloaded an ISO file and you are just trying to open it and install the content.
