^about the colored hair thing.. goodness.. what is srok khmer coming too?.. just because his hair is black doesn't mean everyone else's has to be black.. i don't think black hair blue hair would make a difference, if your disrespectful to your parents then its bhab on you, thats already punishment right there.. i mean he should look in the mirror and see how he turned out, with his black hair.. and shouldn't he focus on bigger issues.. gosshhh

well, whether or not this is actually a new law in cambodia, it's still really outrageous and ridiculous...i mean, c'mon! it's just hair color!
