Anybody in here sign up for the rental account with them? I need some help. They keep taking money out of my account even though I told them I want to cancle. They take money out of my account for three months already, and never send me anything else ater the first months. Each month is $49.99 and i only recieved it one time. I return those three movies already before it due. And now they still charge me each month without sending anything to me. Can, someone help me is there any other way to contact them. I contact them three times already, but they seem to not care too much about my email. They need to stop taking money out of my account.
Please help!

I am not familiar with the site. But have you try to report about the site or heard about the site from other. The last thing I heard about it is to not trust the site because it doesn't look safe. Is your account a credit card or bank account? You can try to get help from the company by canceling or track the person taking your money.

i got a similar problem with a khmer company where i bought a chinese movie last year , they took me 2000 euro in only two month ..at first i thought it was my bro who order something ..but when i discover that it wasn't him and it was the website.. i was really angry because i keep calling them and no one was answering ....fortunately for me , my bro find out where was this company and with the help of my uncle i got back my money( but after that i never order something again from khmer website)...but welll, i think you should ask your bank to hold the track number and unauthorized it or just try to find their number and their location..because if you don't do nothing , they will keep "stealing " your money....

I bought many lakorns from khmerhut, they were actually really good. I live in Canada so shipping is usually so expensive for me, but khmerhut shipping is really cheap and quick. I signed up for rentals too, but then I cancelled it. They gave me store credit for the amount that they charged to my credit card and never charged me again. You should just email their customer service, they're usually really quick to reply.
