Synopsis
After his parents and older brother pass away in a car wreck, Tik inherits the family’s hotel business and ends up raising his brother’s only child, Mark. Tik raises his nephew just like his own son and even sends him abroad for schooling. While in America, Mark meets the sisters, Aff and Taew. Aff and Mark began to date but after they graduate and obtain their Hospitality and Resorts Management degree, they return to Thailand where Aff applies for a position at Tik and Mark’s hotel. Mark is thrilled to have Aff work at his company but the problem arises when Tik starts to fall for Aff too. The more Tik see Aff and Mark together, the more jealous he gets. One day, Tik rapes Aff out of jealousy. Meanwhile, Taew also graduates and returns home to Thailand. When she learns that her sister Aff has been raped, Taew is mistaken that Mark did it so she tries to take revenge upon Mark. Mark accepts that he did it to cover up for his uncle, Tik. Because of their high status in the society, Mark didn’t want his uncle to be criticized. Later, Aff becomes pregnant. Mark, being the gentleman he is, asks Aff to marry him to save her from criticism. This makes Tik think the baby is Mark’s…

Prologue​

“You promise you will remember me?”
Aff smiled and looked at the handsome man in front of her in the eyes.
“What kind of question is that?” she asked him. “Of course I will.”
He put his arms around her and held her tightly.
“I think I’m going to throw up,” said the young woman next to Aff.
Aff smiled and pushed the handsome man away from her.
“Okay, off you go now or you will miss your flight,” said Aff.
“Chai, if you miss your flight, P’Aff would be so sad,” said the young woman in a sarcastic tone.
“That’s enough, Taew,” said Aff. “Mark, why are you still standing here? Go already.”
“Nong Taew, take care of your sister for me,” said Mark.
“Ka, P’Mark,” answered Taew.
Mark took one last look at Aff and turned around towards the gate. Then, he turned around again.
“Oh, don’t forget, when you get to Thailand, call me,” said Mark to Aff.
“Kaaa!” said Aff, almost laughing. “After I take care of Taew’s situation here, I’ll be on my way and when I get there, I’ll call you immediately.”
“Okay,” said Mark.
He turned around towards the gate again and soon, he was on the plane. Mark never felt so relieved in his life. He finally completed his schooling and now he was on the way home. Soon, the woman of his dreams would meet up with him and they would live a happy life together in Thailand. He was finally going home. Mark couldn’t wait to meet his uncle, Tik. It had been many years since he had been parted from his uncle and Mark missed him very much.
