I've seen the first few episodes subbed on yt. Honestly, I think the most important thing to know is that it is based on the original novel. Many people have been confused on why it is not a continuation of their love story in TMOPB or why the storyline is so different. The beginning is kind of slow but I don't think it's bad. I'm waiting for more episode to be aired and uploaded before I decide on whether or not to continue watching. I really liked the first part as well so I have some expectations on this one. I'll just have to wait and see how it goes.

I think they waited so long to release this, it lost it momentum. I cant get myself to pass the first episode so I kind of skipped to the other episodes. That doesnt help either.
I went back to watch favorite episodes of mine from 3L3W TMPB.

Its not bad , just some scene are boring and slow but there are moments of humor, sadness and intense mixture. Its like one of those slowly build up drama , where u want to just wait for all the eps out and then ff to just the OTP scene and trying to make sure u not missing out any of their scene together while trying to focus on the storyline

Starting from episode 22 is kind of the starting point for Pillow Book and I’m liking it so far from that point on. I just like Dong Hua Dijun being so shameless and thick-faced cause it’s funny.
You're gonna love this week's episodes. Get all the bed rolling you want lol.
