She doesn't care about creating some type of good image for herself so that's why she's careless about her actions in public. Bottom line, despite being an actress she's also a human just like everyone else. Whoever she kisses or hugs in public is none of my concern. If she's going to remain as a main actress then I only expect that she improves herself and be worth all the opportunities that she's been given.
