he is working out day night i want to ask him how he feel ? he doesn't need to work this much
today he work out in the morning and now he is playing Badminton

I did like that he had a pattern (like the stickers) on his IG. I want his IG to be more theme-liked.

yeah he is not monotone and clearly dislike to be corned to one way or one image

I think he sees badminton as both workout and a past time. I'm glad he is not all work out and trying to be more on sports to enjoy the benefits both on his body and mind rather than staying in a gym. He can be active and do socialize with friends with badminton. From his aura, I think he feels good. Exercise does him good.

Gosh, I wish I have the same motivation as him about exercise. I'm a lazy log

Me too very fond of artistic but decent, kind-hearted. Six-foot tall and handsome doesn't hurt

I really loved this series of nature photos he had going one during the filming of Kom Faek.

I can't exercise either :'( no time! when I hear all these people criticising stars for being heavy, I wonder what'll happen to me if I go to Thailand. I have that stubborn pear shape that makes me cry whenever I see a slim-thighed woman.
