Miss Hmong CA and Miss Hmong International is different. Miss Hmong CA is for girls from california to compete only and it's host by Sacramento Hmong New Year. Miss Hmong International is where all the girls from all over the world come and compete and it's host by Hmong International New Year in Fresno.
