Their ratings usually hover around 1 or 2. Channel 3 not only have a lot of newbies but they would take stars from channel 7 too. Channel 3 to me seemed so crowded more so than channel 7. But channel 7 has a weird way of promoting their daras and they are running away like a bull is chasing after them lol

He is indeed good looking, better than a lot of the newbies that have at their new channel. If they decided after 5-7 years to promote Toey Jarinporn as a nang aek then maybe Louis has a chance.

As for the best screenwriters, there's not really a particular writer that I favor. A lot of them are really inconsistent, sometimes their works are good and sometimes it's the complete opposite. Now if you ask me which writer I don't care for, I could easily answer that to be Ken T's mom lol but she's mainly with Dida for Ch7 so we don't have to worry about her screenwriting for Ch3.

On Broadcast, I think they're one of the better productions mainly because they have a solid BTS team who invest their time in having good camera quality, editing, wardrobe and so forth. They're more adventurous compared to other companies where they produce a variety of genres from ancient, modern, revenge, slap/kiss, fantasy, horror etc. It's not like say No Problem where their lakorns always have a farm setting where they're promoting agriculture 24/7. I also like how they don't just cast people in their projects for the heck of it. I remember reading an interview on their casting for Bang Rajan and Khun Mai, the director was really against Prang and Wawwa even though Khun Nong wanted to give them a chance to try something new. In Khun Mai's perspective. they were too modern looking and their personailities were too girly to pull off the roles of Fang and Feung. To convince him to change his mind, they had to come to workshops consistently where they were not allowed to wear any makeup, nail polish or perfume. They were to come bare faced in a t-shirt and sweats. So pretty much they had a lot of work to do in order to earn their spot in the lakorn, it wasn't just given to them which made me appreciate this production team a lot more.

Same, if I was an actress & I wanted to challenge myself with more variety of roles then I'd opt for OneHD then maybe make the cross over to either C7 or C3 depending on what they offer.

As for Broadcast, that makes me happy that they see beyond the surface, so to say. It'd be much easier to opt for the tried & tested formula's around (& I don't blame anyone really if they choose to) but it's comforting to know that when they give you a role it's because they genuinely believe you can do it.

Me too I always see people mention BroadcastThai as a good production house but I would love to know why they're above the rest.
I'm an avid K-drama watcher and I can automatically think of Noh Kyung Hee & Kim Eun Hee when it comes to writers from S.Korea but I do wonder if Thailand has the same equivalent for their audience, that one writer/s where you can blindly trust their stories because you know it'll be good.

- I desperately want Matt to work with good writers, directors & PH before she up and leaves us.

Lol off topic but talking about kdrama, the latest big talk of the town, being praised left right center is "Forest of Secret" with Bae Doo Na. I will start this drama now

Honestly if I was an actress I would work with a smaller channel maybe like ONE HD, make a name for myself then go to ch3 or something. Ch3 doesn't really care about you if they already have big stars, only sometimes they'll be able to make a newbie famous, most likely with a series.
Look at Esther only played supporting on Ch3 but switching to another channel helped her career, just like with Sean too.

OneHD is good at honing an actor/actress acting by giving them complex and various type of roles from second to lead and challenging them. Apparently Charabelle has improved a lot in her latest drama. I don't like what they did to "A love to kill". They are not good at hyping unfortunately
The like of Maeya, Benz N. or even Patricia Etc... are maybe better off going to a Channel like OneHD or GMM25 :-( to grow.
