nero help

im new with nero so i was wondering if anyone know when i try to record a movie and it encoding frist but it stop in the middle of the encoding and the nero wont respond please help

Try to reinstall the program again, maybe that would help you.

im useing 5.5 version...i reinstall again now it will take me about a 2 or 3 day to just encoding it...... i did split file but it still doesn't work

Would you like a newer version? If you do I have it and I will upload it for you. Dang 2 days? It takes me 10 or so mins to encode.

What kind of net do you have, dial up? I have version 6.2 I think or just look for the latest version. It came with the burner I bought.

First make sure you have a burner that burn movies ,not just mp3..That might be the problem when it happen like that.Maybe is the cd burner..
