That was such a depressing and disturbing movie. Disturbing in the sense of everything she had to go through and how her friend completely turned a blind eye and abandoned her and then what she did to her perpetrators after she snapped. It's even more depressing knowing that some people actually do suffer abuse to that extent.
Yeah I was surprised to see him here too. He looks so out of place. What kind of gang member dresses like a Korean idol? The actress they cast for the daughter's role looks so young too. The child actress in the original version was only 14-15 I heard but she looked like a young adult already. This new girl actress is 17 but she looks like she could be anywhere between 12-15 years old. So the assault scene with the gang is going to be even more disturbing in this version. Some of them look double, even triple her age. Also, the second guy from the right, it's gonna be weird to see him as one of the gang members as well because he's usually playing the comic relief.
Yeah that's CD Guntee. He's Captain's departmentmate at SWU lol. I think he was either on The Star or Academy Fantasia.
Yeppp, I still can't believe they are remaking it lol. Nok Sinjai version was intense as hell, this one surely will be equally intense. Swear, there is one scene in the trailer she stabs one of the guys in the boyhood lolOh shiiiii........... I thought this was gonna be a movie but a whole series?
This kinda reminds me of a combination of Bedevilled (already said this lol) and Park Chan Wook's Lady Vengeance.
That's gonna be satisfying.
