The line of trees around the river-bend
The spaces above of clear blue sky
The comforting sound of the rushing water
The soothing cool wind that blows in the air
The warm feeling inside my beating heart
It's all the joy i feel when I think of home.

There Is A Universe Within Your Eyes
 
What thoughts lie behind those eyes-
What memories are concealed -
What shadows drift within their gaze-
What visions stay unrevealed?
 
For as I look upon your eyes, 
I see a secret hidden world, 
A place that you alone shall keep, 
never to be unfurled.
 
Beautiful darkness that's in your eyes, 
Black they are, in all its shades, 
But they hold promise of a paradise, 
And within the heart the torment of blades.


I see the universe in your eyes, 
Galaxies of iridescent stars sparkle and shine, 
There is beautiful darkness within those eyes, 
Leaving the world with nothing more behind.

We need to understand that events will occur in our lifetime.
The most important thing is how we assign meaning to them.  The meaning is your.     
Everyone of us is unique and special.
We've been put here for a reason. The question is why?
The answer is different for everyone of us.  It's different for me and you. Yet it is the same.
Why are you here? What are you here to do?  What are you here to become? Or create? To Give? B)

I wanted to write something upbeat today.  Three languages in one poem is enough;though, I was tempted to add a fourth.  Haha.

Her winks are similar to angel's wings
Her voice sounds like an angel sings
Her smile must be from the cosmic
It's warm, it's relaxing and hypnotic
There's no cure & there's no antibiotic

She's like a plague that i'm stuck on.
Ugly duckling no more just a beautiful swan

I can be, your sanctuary
Even when you're sad or when you're happy.

I used to be able to.  I could speak my mom's language Thai, my dad's language, English, and Spanish.  My spanish isn't so good anymore since I haven't used it for a long time.  For me, I do a lot of studying about various cultures from around the world.  I want to trek around the world one of these days.  In addition, I like to eat various food from different locales.  We only live once so let enjoy it that's my motto.   :yes:

I was about to write one of my stories today but I could not stop these two poems from coming out.  I think it's a gift from the divine as he has been flooding me with vivid words and inspiration.  Here it goes.  Just something very genuine and from my heart.  Lots of imageries and symbolism.  Haha, Sarn going to outta space now.   
 
Two of a Kind.
 
One likes to wink, one cuts you with just her smile
Hearts melt, and men's blood running wild
One is soft and gentle full of delight
She's playful, sweet, and everything nice.
She's goofy, cute, beautiful and just right.
Who wouldn't love her, who wouldn't be faithful, am I right?

Her other half contains that special spice.
Sunglasses on and you'll have to watch your life
Sexy and gorgeous but you gotta be careful taking that bite
Everything about her screams danger and ice
But You can't help it when she puts on those whites  
Maybe she's guarded maybe she just waiting for her white knight
But for me I got my shining armors just for that plight
Secret garden can't stop me from drilling in, am I right?
 
 
Is it Genuine?
Happiness and sadiness are extreme emotions
It's calm one moment and rough the next like the ocean
Feelings can come and go,
But genuine feeling is hard to know.
Are they there for you when the river flows?
Or are they there just putting on a show?
Or are they gone when the wind begins to blow?
Are they there when it's nice and slow?
And are they still there when you start seeing black crows?

As for me, I'll be there with you toe by toe
Even when you're hurt by your many woes
I'm not in it for that five year plan
I wanna be there for the contract life span
Words are simple they're from con man
Hopefully, I'll get the chance to show it with my action plan
So that they won't be no if, but, or and
That you'll know where he and I stand.

She's the queen of heart
Gotta be careful gotta watch out for those darts
She confidence, sparkles and strong
One song isn't enough maybe there are 999,999 more

Her smile just cuts you in so many pieces
You wanna hold her hands and walk down the beaches
She can walk down the hall and make you forget your thesis
Yet, she's got many guys gravitating towards her feet
I'm watching from the sideline laughing at their defeats
It's like watching cattles being slaughter in the backstreet


Underneath that strong external persona
Is a soft and gentle underside
You gotta look beyond those strong brown eyes
She can say she doesn't like to romanticize
Love notes and letters she writes speak otherwise
Sparkles pens and papers are some of her favorite disguise

She doesn't want to be hurt just love like everyone else guys
No need to ask questions no need to wonder why
She a good person but you need to understand her complexity
To win her heart, it's not simple nor is it easy
It got to be privilege not some body being sneaky or needy.
