Resize image for post ??

Is there a way I can just resize a large image when posting to the board without having to upload a thumbnail (e.g. html tag, code, etc)? Sorry if this question was already answered eleswhere. Thank you.

i have the quickest fix without any extra software!

when you upload a picture they resize it for you and even give you neat codes so for example if you have a wallpaper but don't want to paste it all that big...when you upload it it'll have the code and a thumbnail for you. just paste the one for forums and thumbnail
