just finished with episode two and I can definitely say that it was worth the wait...LOL, paul is so freakin' funny with is mischievous antics...I think his humor is a perfect complementary backdrop to san fang's serious demeanor...kob's doing such an awesome job as san fang. my favorite part was when he pretended to be hurt from the near collision with the motorcyclist, I was laughing nonstop and then when ngam said, "oh, so you're saying you're not lying outright, but your actions speak otherwise, I'm just slow not to get the real gist?" then he starts nodding his head up and down, and thwack, there goes the big, fat slap  gahh, the look on his face...priceless I tell ya. I'm liking the way that chalee is portrayed too in this drama, very volatile and temperamental...quite charismatic, IMO. can't wait till episode 3 airs...

You guys notice that Kob has done just about all the lakorns that Siliam did and made her famous... Long Dao original had Siriam in it and shot Kob to fame.... all she needs to to do now is OBUDHED... fingers crossed heres hoping....

Kob didn't act in "La-ong Dao" if that's the lakorn you were referring to. I believe this is the first remake Kob did that once starred Ann Sirium.

The remake that Kob did that shot her to fame was, how could anyone forget, Dao Pra Suk. Monrudee is the actress whose lakorns Kob did remake. Dao Pra Suk of course and Sawan Being.

Yeah and also the recent lakorn Nang Tard was a remake of Monrudee.. That lakorn was a hit too

Nang Tard is also another remake. However, for Dao Pra Suk, I heard Monrudee's version was the second version, there was a previous one to it.

Back to the lakorn. I love how Chalee protects Ngam in words, he's naive but sweet. He's like a body guard to both Ngam and Sasi. I know Sasi and Chalee will end up together, but I see their relationship right now as brotherly/sisterly love. I wonder where Uthen went, I didn't see him in episode 2, he suppose to be Parote's friend.

Parote and his mother are too bitter toward Ngam, they hardly know her and are already making assumptions about her. Somewhat Parote's worries are true, but he shows it in a insensitive way. I can't wait for episode 3, hopefully Mae Liang will teach him a lesson. Haha. She'll make him drool all over her. From the preview, I think I saw him gulp when he was sneaking behind the cloth to look at her. He looked like a pervert. Haha. Who wouldn't be though with a women like Mae Liang, beautiful, bold, sexy, and confident.

LOL, how can I have forgotten dao prasuk...she was also awesome in that one!!! well, whatever the concensus, we can all safely say that kob's been in many hit dramas already! I'm proud of our girl!

nancyvang: I agree that parote's and chalee's mother was very, very presumptuous in many things and that quality does detract from her being an admired character in viewers' eyes; however, I disagree with parote to a certain degree. Yes, he was definitely presumptuous in some parts, due to ignorance and a huge dosage of his mother's influence in developing those blinded views, yet he was actually really trying to get to know her and I can see that his intention was really to protect his brother. Imagine, you have this one sheltered brother who's only passion up till then was art, and then out pops this girl of whom nobody knows anything about and she's quite mysterious to boot. I can certainly understand his protective inclination. I do agree though that I'd feel extreme satisfaction from mae liang giving parote his comeuppance for tricking her

True, after going study abroad he grew more mature and considerate toward his siblings, especially Chalee. But he could had done it in a more mannerly way, his attempt to lure Ngam away from Chalee was kind of childish and insulting, he treated Ngam as though she doesn't know what she's getting into, as though she's stupid. Haha. That's why he got slap. I know though, if he didn't use that kiddish tactic, she would had never gone with him. Still, he should had tone down his manners when with Ngam, cause it wasn't a friendly talk it was more of an interrogation. I think she just bothers him because he can't point out where he met her before.

I don't think I've mention this before but, this version is going more by the novel, than the old version.

^^ooo, that's very interesting...I've never read the novel, so I wouldn't have a clue on how close the drama is sticking to the storyline. I'm glad that the director for this remake is not deviating too much from the original storyline. I guess I can see from your POV on parote's less than sterling approach towards getting to know/getting a feel for ngam's character and I agree that he could have done it with more tact; however, considering ngam's really proud demeanor, I'd say he'd have a heck of a time trying to get some alone time with her, other than using the tactic he did in episode two. I thought that his methods brought some comic relief into the episode, which I'm quite glad for. I'd also like to add that ngam herself is being presumptuous when it comes to parote's character. They've still got a long way to go.

i just loved all kob's clothes in here....they are so beautiful...and this lakorn seem to be the first lakorn that kob have so many wardrobes....and looks like she will only wear once...

i agree with you maijune....those old fashion clothes are very beautiful...& i think that Kob wore them beautifully, since they made her looks so pretty.
