i was just wondering if anyone can help me solve my problem....i was burning my videos...it tuens out successful but when i watch it on the computer or the tv....the subtitles and voices are heard and moves but the pictures freeze...the movie looks like it is scratched...so hopefully someone can help me..thank u very much...
