SPICY Board Offline?!

i signed onto spicy forum earlier today and it was ok...i got in fine and everything, but i tried signing in just now, and even though they found my username, the forum didn't appear. there was only a message saying that the board is offline. what does that mean? does anyone else have the problems or is it just me? and does anyone know why? thanks.

got that problem too, i log in says please wait or if you don't wish to wait click here and it takes me back to sign in
