Colorization Tutorial :]

1) Get a blank PS page.
2) Choose a photo and click OK.
3) Add a new layer and set it to COLOR.
4) Decide on what color you want from the COLOR PALETTE.
5) Select a BRUSH from the selection.
6) Zoom into the place you want to color & just...color it.
7) Save.

I guess that's it, LMAO.
