I'm unsure. I've heard her speak some English in her lakorns, but not fully. Her pronunciation isn't very good. Same with Bella. Despite some being luk kreungs, their parents are from foreign countries like Norway and such. English isn't always every country's secondary language.

I saw a video a while back of Matt speaking English and she had a strong accent. I don't understand Bella's case. She admitted that she learned English before Thai, her dad is an English teacher and she speaks to him in English everyday but yet her English isn't that understandable lol. Marie Broenner is quiet fluent since she spent most of her life living abroad and attended an international school. I recently came across this one comment by an International fan who claims that she has a horrible accent and with broken English lol. Have no clue what she heard but for me, Marie is just as fluent as Yaya.

I live in usa pretty much all my life..Learn laos b4 eng. And spoke laos more (laos sub - community). You think my eng. Would be better but I find that I have an accent and can't pronounce certain words. I mainly speak English for a long time because my parent live in another state. ..now I feel like I can't speak either very well...

I live in the state almost my whole life and I still struggle speaking English sometime. I think English is one of the hardest language to learn. I grew up learning two languages which I always mix them together. I notice a lot of people are better at one or the other. I'm better at speaking Khmer from all the Thai dubbed larkons I've watched growing up. Lol. I'm more impress with people from other countries who speaks English very well... Like this lady for example.

Poo Praiya. She speaks full sentences at 2:22. But man, she taught them a big word, positive affirmation. Lol. This lesson is for beginners, not English scholars.

Oh Willy.  Still so charming.  I wish I can find the video, but in his drama with Angie Hesting, there's a scene where he hosted a party as this yard.  He said this to one of his guest after his guest made a nice comment about Angie.  Willy said (in English) "I guess angels really do dance around my garden."  And...I melted.

Well I can say I was surprised to witness Ice Preechaya's english when I was watching her latest film with Sunny. She barely has accent and her pronunciation is crystal clear

P.s. I thought Willy's english would be rusty since I barely saw him speaking english, even on his instagram videos to his son but he proved me wrong^^ he still speaks impeccable english

Well in Ice's case the movie production got her to take speech classes to perfect her English. Her hard work has paid off.

Has anyone mentioned Yaya's English yet? She is extremely good... Maybe even perfect. I find it really cute when she speaks in English. Sometimes in her lakorns she doesn't speak English well on purpose, but she is really good. Look at the video below for evidence:

Another actress would have to be Patricia Good. I don't have any evidence, but if you look at her Instagram posts you can tell she is really educated in English. :D
