The Akha People

I was wondering. Is the hmong people related to the Akha People? Cuz, some hmong I've seen at the hmong new year in Chico I think. that's intresting. Cause yea sometimes I see some pictures of tribal Hmong ladies dress like the ones in the second picture.

We aren't related to them. Hmong people is hmong people but we have the same style of costumes. That what my mom said. And hmong kinda copy there costumes. Like there are hmong akha, hmong chinese
