[TUTORIAL] Encoding Subtitles

.. but wanted it to be posted separately as well, so it'll be easier to find.  
 
The tutorials will be on 3 different programs.  They are VideoPad Video Editor, VirtualDub, and Xvid4psp.  There's plenty of other encoding programs out there.. but these are the 3 that I use for now..  A note to all though, is that Videopad is a paid program.  I apologize about that.. but do know that some keygen or cracks can be found.. *coughcough*  VirtualDub and Xvid4psp are totally free though

Do note that I will be using the .flv video file.  But also do note that using the other two video files will be exactly fine as well.
