Window Media Player can't ripped song?

please someone help me solve these two problems?

I've try to ripped one song from cd using Window Media Player but i've got error saying "Windows Media Player cannot rip one or more tracks from the CD."

and then when i work on movie maker i've got error saying "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." - Problem Solve Already

how can i solve my problems?

i didn't even know windows media play can rip cds lol... haha

um there are many good freewares from download.com for ripping cds.

i believe this is the same version i use at home... um unless u still insist on using windows media to rip... then i dunno how to help ya

I stopped using WMP to rip cds ages ago too because it pretty much sucks. But anyways that error will pop up if your cd is scratched. At least thats my experience.
