Her bf was said to be Lee Sun Jin an actor who played in dramas such as Firebird with Lee Eun Joo and Eric and also playing in a drama Damo.
And also said they have been dating almost a year now.

I heard other people have been saying that she's actually dating the guy from Phoenix.... Don't know if it's true or not... If you guys have watched or are watching Marrying A Millionaire starring at Go Soo and Kim Hyun Jung ? There's this girl in it too that looks exactly like Lee Hyori, except she's taller and she's actaully Miss Korea :D. She's very pretty and elegant :D:
