What's with the Thai celebrities endorsing meal replacements. Every other actor/actress has either started a business of such products or endorses them on instagram. I observe this trend in Thailand more and not so much in other countries.
Can these meal replacements really be healthy? I can understand suppliments are necessary but not these shakes...

Question: Would you prefer a Thai lakorn that takes a year to film then air or a Chinese drama that takes 3-4 months to film but don't air 2-3 years later? LOL Hmmm....just a thought...
