I love the lakorn alot but I'm not sure if I gonna like the next episode. I might loose interest because I'm getting bored of story that deals with black Magic. Well see how it goes.
Thank you so much for translating these terms. It's very helpful since I'm can't understand anything Taew said or the villagers...For those who don't understand Laos or Thai Isaan (to me it sounds the same)...I hope you will find the following basics helpful:
"Kauy" equivalent to the Thai "Chun/Phom" meaning me/I
"Jao" equivalent to the Thai "Ter (tur)" meaning you
"Bor" equivalent to the Thai "mai" meaning no
"Bor men/ Men bor?" equivalent to the Thai "mai chai/ chai mai?" meaning no it isn't/ is it (true)?
"Soi" equivalent to the Thai "chuay" meaning help
"Ai" equivalent to the Thai "phee (or pee, however you want to spell it)" meaning "I (as in masculine seniority)"
"Wao" equivalent to the Thai "pood" meaning speak
"E-lee" equivalent to the Thai "jing (jing)" meaning for sure/certain
"Laii" equivalent to the Thai "maak" meaning a lot/very much Ex: "Kauy hahk jao laii" means I love you very much.
"Hahk" equivalent to the Thai "rak (or ruk)" meaning love
