I haven't seen any of his dramas though. Have you? I just saw him with a few commercials and thought he was cute! I haven't seen Decendants of the Sun. I seriously am not a fan of his co-star in there so I refused to watch it. Not hating either. Lol.

I created this thread back in Dec '15 because I was anxiously waiting for DotS to premiere so yes I had watched it. Tbh, if it wasn't for his costar/leading lady I might not even watch DotS & got to see Song Joong Ki's acting since I like his costar/leading lady lol (another reason why I created this thread also lol).

Oh really? Lol. I am just not a fan of his leading lady that was why I passed that drama up. But dang he is such a cutie too! Still baby face look alike!

DotS was his first drama after he finished military service. What I thought is cool is that he got the role of Captain Yoo in which his recent military training I think helped him in his acting. I am glad that DotS is/was a success because not many actors have a successful drama after their military service.

This date today brought back good memories. It's one of my favorite days in the year & it was so great that last year on this very date, ep 9 was aired. Ep 9 has the most kiss scenes plus other good scenes of Captain Yoo & Beauty lol. Together both the date & ep 9, they are really unforgettable !

I know there are people who aren't fans of SJK & people who aren't fans of SHK but they still watch DotS. Probably they could put their views on the actress/actor pairing up with their favorite aside & watch the drama for their favorite however there could be fans of SJK and fans of SHK who would not watch DotS at all.
I know it is tough to watch your favorite pairing up with an actress/actor you aren't fond of or have neutral views on but sometimes that actress/actor could surprise you with their chemistry with your favorite. And sometimes a drama's plot also provoke or not provoke one's interest in watching it with their favorite in it.
I think I place a drama's plot with my favorite over who will pair up with my favorite whom I am neutral about or not fond of.

Yes I see what you are saying. I think many times it depends on the fan. I'm fairly open minded. I just need time to check her out in her dramas/movies. I don't care for her looks but that's not always the case! She could win me over with her acting talents! Lol. But whoa don't get me started on HIM! He is a very handsome man!

Not sure if I posted about DotS 2 before, anyway there will be DotS 2 but it will have a different plot - crime investigation, CSI, Criminal Minds those sort of genre from what I read. I don't know about the whole cast but the Songs will not be in it. Well I'm interested in the plot, would be nice to see them in a drama again with a different plot but will it generate high ratings & be popular like DotS then that is uncertain, it is tough to beat the popular original. I would rather see them again in a movie, a far fetched hope bc it is rare in K entertainment that a lead couple from a drama gets to act again in a different drama yet alone in a movie...*sigh.

Hey hey hey! Lol. No I don't mind but K-drama is new to me. I have only been watching Thai lakorns for 4-5 years and I just started K-dramas like a year ago! Lol. But so far I only like Lee Min Ho. I wouldn't say he is my favorite. There are so many Korean hotties but I haven't given any specific thoughts to any. I only mentioned Lee Min Ho because his drama "Personal Taste" was the only K-drama that I watched from start to finish. I watched a few other K-dramas for example DOTS, Sad Love Story, Good Bye Mr. Black, Faith, and Autumn Love Story but I never finish them. I just wasn't into it I guess! Oh and I finished "The Classic" but that wasn't a drama. It was a movie? I think many Thai and Korean actors and actreses are talented and good looking!If you don't mind me asking who is your favorite K actor?
