^ Hahaha, I get the feeling that once Lak breaks up with Penchom and clearly confesses his love to Mas, she will not be tight-lipped. She is way too honest and head-strong to be a doormat. It will help if Lak also is persistent in wooing her ... after the ordeal with him leaving home and all. I want the two of them to hash it out about the kiss in the next episode. They can't just let that slide under the rug! Especially since Lak had an epiphany and started expressing some possessiveness after talking with Tan Chai; like that scene when he, Mas, Nophon, and Pin are at the lake and he drags her away:
Lak says, "Are you afraid Nophon will misunderstand us? Oooh, or are you trying to go back and get in their way?"
"What are you talking about?"
"I know you're secretly jealous of Nophon and Pin."
Mas doesn't even bat an eyelash, she's out for revenge against Pin and doesn't care about being accused of jealousy. "Since you know this, let me go so I can go back to find Nophon."
Lak's not having that. "No. We need to talk things over, about you secretly making a date with Nophon. The two of you are still young, you can't be seen together just the two of you like this. It will create gossip."
"Grandma doesn't even object, so who are you [to tell me I can't do this]?"
"Did you forget? I'm your guardian. No matter what you do, who you're with, where you're going, you need my permission."
"I'm an adult now! I don't need a guardian, and if I want to go or come or do something, I'll do it!"
"I won't let you, especially not with a guy who's not me. From now on, I'm not letting you go out with any guy alone anymore."
*cackles* I like the slow build of their feelings that end up spilling over, like a waterfall.
I really enjoy lakorn where pranang start out as friends like this and then fall for each other. The eventual confessions feel even more satisfying!
