Yes you can add shrimp paste vs dried shrimp. The real way uses dried fish. I'm not a big fan of adding shrimp paste because it's too salty. I do make shrimp paste dipping sauce for green tamarind because it's extra sour so it's good with salty dip. With that type of dip I use shrimp paste, a little sugar, chilis, and shallot. No fish sauce so the sauce is like a paste vs thick liquid.

Someone on the SJDK private group said that they only noticed one extra scene so far & it's just a re-run. I was hoping for a whole special episode with only unseen scenes Hopefully when the BPS hype dies out someone can compile the extra scenes & sub it without the threat of copyright

About the whole photoshop thing, those Pope & Mew fans can't get angry lol, it's not their picture. The only times I've seen fans get angry is when other people use the picture they have taken of that celebrity without their permission for some photoshop thing they don't like, which makes sense to some degree because they weren't asked first and they also weren't given credit for their photo. Continue making your fabulous edits & don't care about the butthurt fans

So I'm basically going to have to skip this rerun and pray for that compilation by someone I have to leave at least 2 years before I re-watch something

But please please hehe please don't wish that hope for the BPS hype to die out - ooo bad luck leh!! It saddens me suddenly when you said that. Most other not so good productions can peter out fast enough but not BPS, at least not until what's in the works for said movie & BPS2 has long happened. We've only just got started!! So far we've been so happy for the longest time..... I'm actually not a newcomer, I've commented on this thread a few times while BPS was on air. In relation to the BPS hype dying out, I meant that in terms of subbers being able to actually sub stuff for international fans without their videos being removed by Ch 3 because Ch 3 won't be as vigilant anymore. I never meant it in a negative way

My feeling said it is extended in some part. But after watching the ‘old’ version again, now I am not really sure.
For example: when Joy was playing with the chicken and Khun P called him. On the re-run, I felt it is extended for a bit. But after watching the same scene at the old version, I don’t think so. Hahahahaa. Now I am curious which scene is the additional one.

I saw on twitter, the added scene is Date's mom going to the temple and Date and Khun Loong waiting for real Karakade to come out? Haven't seen it so can't confirm.
Also someone said the "reaction" shots are a bit longer? Alright crew, this will be a test of who's the real hard core BPS fan here to be able to see the difference lol. But I see no real complaints? Like with the special episodes, everyone and their momma was complaining but the general reaction for Ep1 so far seems to be positive.

I haven't seen the reruns yet but came to see what's the verdict. Glad it's positive.
Didn't Pope say in recent interview that there are a lot of cut scenes like 10% that could be added on to reruns? He was careful on the interview..... But then he said ratings will hit 30 and entire country will need to do merit and dance. Lol
