I don't know what the context is about since the video is very brief but what I heard is the reporter was asking Mark if he feels as if they are competing with NY. He said he doesn't feel like they are competing (probably referring to him and Kim, and NY). He said he's very happy NY got to spend time together abroad and that NY is narak (cute).
