James did lose a lot of weight. For this role, Paa'Jaew required him to have abs, so for the first time, James has actually been dieting in conjuction with exercise. In his interview over the holidays, he mentioned that he lost several kilos.
I am guessing Paa'jaew got a lot of criticism for how Ramet turned out in Buang Hong, so now James is sleeker and "manlier" so to speak.
As for Ice, i am pretty sure that she and James get along fine, and the bts with all their cutesy interactions will only come out once it's near the airing date, to kind of build momentum. I remember a lot of rumors before circulating about how James and Yaya didn't get along that much in NNS but when the lakorn came out and all the BTS came out, they were shown playing around and being cute on the set.

I love James even though I’m old enough to be his mum, maybe even older than her 555. I actually love his pairing with Ice as I think it will be fresh and different from his pairings with A-listers.
My favourite is still him and Bella in Padiwarada, then with Taew in NDFD. He seems to do well with slightly older actresses. I know this is not a popular view but I felt his pairings with Yaya and Kimmy were not as succcessful in terms of chemistry. Yaya and Kimmy fans pls don’t come after me. Not that they’re bad, just didn’t seem to work that well in their lakorns.

In the beginning, I was really not happy that Ice was gonna be his n’ek but now after I’ve seen a lot of BTS pictures and videos of them, I’m actually really looking forward to their pairing! They have good chemistry so far based on everything I’ve seen.
I agree that his chemistry with Yaya wasn’t very good but I haven’t seen him lakorn with Kimmy so I’m not sure about them two. And I totally agree about his gf. Do these dumb fangirls really think he would never date or anything?? So naive

I dunno if it's just my bias but I can say i enjoyed all of James's lakorns and notice that he has a different kind of chemistry with each of his N'eks.
As for James's girlfriend, yes, the reporters, more than anyone seemed to blow it out of proportion by asking them about it, even 1 month after when really, there was not much to it, just an average 25 year old guy (who just happened to work as a superstar) having a girlfriend. But James has been very cool about it in interviews and had mentioned that he is confident that his fans (probably meaning his real fans, and not just the hyped ones) don't mind at all about his having a girlfriend, because as many of you mentioned, it's but a normal occurrence that any logical person would take as normal. The thing with actors is that they have a wide spectrum of fans. There are kids, tweens, middle-aged, oldies, and having various ways of thinking. We can't please everyone and even James is aware of that. In the same way, the reporters would only dwell on the negative (because positive reactions are normal, usual and not news worthy

. I have only been a James fan for less than a year but have watched almost everything he's been in (because sleep is not really that important 555
). I thought he was just a pretty face at first but I am really impressed by his hard work and his acting skills which are getting better all the time!

Her eyes lack some emotions but she did good in Rak Gan Panlawan under Paajaew so with them together again, I believe they will produce good lakorn again and this time, with my baby boy James.
James knows his fans well. He know they can accept him eventhough he already have a GF. These fans who can't accept are delusional fans who are selfish and possessive. I like his GF. She's cute and seems to be understanding. The only thing matters to me is James' happiness.
