How to Take care of Facial skin: avoid exposure to direct sunlight. But if filming lakorn, sunlight cannot be avoided, I use sun screen. Also, I like eating tomato. Just eat it fresh but sometime, add a bit of salt. I go to spa too. If there is no time, I do it at home. I use milk-product because I have sensitive skin.
Eating: I eat lots of vegetable and fruit. But have to be careful that the fruit doesn't contain too much sugar. I gained some weight. To lose the extra weight, I don't eat rice for dinner. Cake is my favorite but I got to cut down too. Late night, I only drink milk and eat fruits. When filming lakorn, I got to drink coffee everyday because filming starts very early in the day.
Exercise: I'm taking Pirate class and some yoga class. Pirate is good for excercise musle. Yoga is good for the heart and blood circularation. I will continue taking this classes.
