I noticed on youtube that a few users that uploaded 4 Huajai Haeng Khon Khao dubbed by Sung Meas have their accounts terminated. I'm curious to whether Sung Meas has the legal rights to do so and whether you even legally purchased the Thai lakorns from Thai people. On your comment with the ending cut off to Duangjai Akkanee, you said it was because of the conditions it was recorded in which means..?
I understand that when doing a business it's hard to refrain people from copying and satisfying the viewers. If I were owning a Dubbing Company, I also wouldn't be happy that people are watching my products for free without much appreciation. I'm sure everyone would feel that way. People these days go overboard with their kindness and upload too much without thinking that what they're doing can take away from someone's life. However, I personally think you should just give the users a nice warning to just remove all Sung Meas contents. The users did have the kindness to purchase your products and upload it on youtube because they want to share with others. It's kind of unfair that they have to log in to realize their whole account is gone and perhaps a lot of their videos aren't thai lakorn related. Hope you're understanding the point I'm trying to come accross

chubbycheeks, people in cambodia record the lakorns off the satellite. bad weather=bad connection. you can say thailand can sue cambodia for copyrights not the dubbed voices lol. the thais don't even fuss when their lakorns are uploaded to youtube. i've totally lost interest in thai lakorns.

you know it's funny how when people from srok khmer dubb thai lakorns, viewers dont seem to care about anything as long as it's released fast. when mayura started claiming rights on youtube and so many account were terminated, viewers brought up the copyright issues and stuff when its obvious that blue dvd and ntry record off satellite. I know for a fact that Mayura used to pay big bucks to purchase lakorns off some company in thailand but whther or not they still do that, i don't know.

I would know how it feels as I was an uploader myself for chinese series, however my account was deleted because tvb was giving everyone a hard time. i didnt mind that and i would've deleted those videos but what made me mad was that i got no warning and all the videos i've uploaded consisting of my singing, fan made montages and videos and subbed projects were all gone. I'm sure everyone hates it when that happens.

i'm a little confused about this... so sung meas is now the owner of the ntry voice production, and that whatever is produced on the ntry website are copies of sung meas. so why is it when i went to the ntry website, there are new lakorn posts with 'ntry' plastered all over it? sung meas and ntry have the same ntry voice actors? so they both can release it under their names: sung meas vs ntry?
idk, sorry for all the questions, i'm unfamiliar with this, i don't really know how it works. :shrug:
ahhh i have to admit...their website looks awesome. :coolpix: i remember looking at the link a few weeks back and it had a template but was empty. now it's up and functioning. kudos to their webmaster~ i like the graphic designed hq dvd covers with the labels and fonts and everything o_o (i'm weird with paying attention to detail..) i'm just not used to the voice actors---maybe it's the accent or how it's spoken (as talented as these voice actors are, the female lead [voice] is always very sweet but sounds of a whisper all the time, and the male lead sounds congested abnormally deep...i'm not sure if anyone understands what i mean... :mellow:

Ntry doesn't have the originals anymore. I am the exclusive distributor only. Their company waits until I release them to stores in order to buy themselves a copy to duplicate. Then they post it online on their website and send to stores that doesn't know about my new company, Sung Meas. But officially, it is all under my production, Sung Meas.
If anyone who has bought the latest Ntry burned discs, you'll notice that it has my number, Facebook link, website, and e-mail advertised on there.
Sung Meas now releases only white discs from replication factory (original discs).

I read it on your previous post about registering it under sungmeas.com so I punched it in the search engine and lo and behold, it was registered but brand new. But yeah, excellent job on the website! and dvd covers! they're really awesome and creative, not just a generic low quality image pulled from the net. I think it's really great that there's someone/team that puts attention to detail in making fine quality products for their customers.
So since Sung Meas is the new owner, you only produce new movies after "T-001 - Peakhun Snaeha"? I tried looking for an older movie called (or something along the lines of...) "Snae Chlong Jeat" which came out in like 2009 and "Komlang Snae Atitan" in 2010, but didn't know where to find it and so in the end, ordered it from ntrytv.com....

Yes, we only distribute movies released after November 2010. This is when I established the new company. Anything before this date, you will find in Ntry's inventory on their website.

I'm pissed, I bought some lakorns from Ntry a few weeks ago and they sent it to me but two of the lakorns were not the ones I ordered. I tried everything to contact them back for an exchange because I don't want the two lakorns that they accidently gave me. I sent them 3 emails, and a letter to their address in Long Beach! I sent it 2 weeks ago, and they haven't responded. Any ideas what I can do?? I really want to exchange it, I didn't even open the plastic wrap yet.
