When i keep my distance, he starts annoying me.

Why? When i keep quiet, he seems to always want to annoy me... but when i annoy him he gets pissed off.
He was annoying me today, by taking things and we ofcourse argued again about my desk that was his desk. So i threw my cutter at him... and i poked his back with a broom handle.
Almost hit him with my water bottle and he was going to hit me back. Then we argued about our office then my desk that was his. And he was whining that i was being mean to him and i act like a spoilt 4 year old that always says no.
He's been really playful with me. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing cause I'm not sure if he's taken and i dont want to get hurt.
He suddenly started mentioning old memories from last year.....
So today, I was outside throwing out rubbish, he walked out of my area and was checking what i was doing... and my superviser closed the roller door so i had to walk through his area... i was following him and the manager into my area and office.. so he tried to lock me out of the office.
I didnt notice him come into the office and he took my measuring tape then waved it at me so i yelled at him and chased him out of the office. He was laughing while i chased him in the warehouse. So my supervisor gave hers to him... Then he told me before i finished work that he's swapping them cause he wants mine. So i was yelling at him again.
I made him laugh today.
Pat needs to stop doing stuff to her ugly lips.
Did he hit his head this week???
I complained to the manager about what i was doing and then suddenly someone came to talk to me.
We ignored and didn't talk all day, then he suddenly came over to tell me he's already taken photos of the products, i was taking photos of for someone.
Just great.... apparently the manager hired my coworker from last year. Now they're both going to annoy and bully me together again....
Idk whats wrong with me... ive been sleeping a few hours always wake up at 2 or 3 am... i wasnt feeling hungry recently lost appetite but today im so sleepy and hungry.
So we finished work, i went to shut the roller door and he walked in through the door so i said goodbye loser to him... he says what... so i said to him... i just said goodbye... so he said oh and walked away.
Help! I started listening to old songs from golf mike. And i just want to cry.
He said goodmorning to me this morning... so i said goodnight. So he said whatever. So i said whatever your freaking face... and walked away.
I almost threw a pen and just wanted to stab him with it today... but I just walked away.
Unbelievable, seriously.
